The stunning views of the mountains and vineyards were breathtaking, and the spacious living spaces were luxurious. It was great that bikes were available for complimentary hire and the gym had amazing views. Plus, the food and wine were terrific.
The service was low-key and not very helpful. Some things were missing from the room, like a corkscrew to open the complimentary bottle. Also, the pool was not heated, even though it was spring, and many people were outside. It would have been great to have the option to enjoy the poolside with some drinks. the hotel is overpriced and needs some work.

Not one thing.

The location of the hotel is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and offers picturesque views of the Andes. The rooms are well-appointed and the beds are very comfortable with nice linens. The pool and outdoor jacuzzi are amazing facilities to relax and enjoy the views.
The limited options for dining, room service, and spa menus are a drawback for guests.

Beautiful Scenery and Good Service
The location of the hotel was amazing with stunning views of the valley and mountains in the background. The property was well-maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the complementary wine and cheese tasting. The pool was clean and provided a refreshing break from the hot weather.
The breakfast buffet was lackluster and the spa was overpriced for the quality of service provided. It was also frustrating that the hotel was quite isolated and required a long drive to get to any nearby attractions.

The hotel had a great location, surrounded by vineyards and with a stunning view of the Andes Mountains. The villas were well-equipped and comfortable, with a fully-equipped kitchen and a terrace overlooking the beautiful scenery. The staff was also friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was not as varied as we had hoped, with limited options. the cost of some activities and meals was quite high, making it difficult to fully take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer.

I was blown away by the stunning scenery at this resort. The vineyards surrounding the property create a tranquil and beautiful atmosphere. The resort itself is immaculate, with impeccable service and superb food. I especially loved the 7 Fuegos experience, where the food was cooked over open fires. It was truly an unforgettable experience.
